President Fan of Muyang Awarded "2013 Yangzhou Economic 'Evergreen'"

On January 20, 2014, Yangzhou Ten Economic Newsmakers "Evergreen" Ceremony was held in Yangzhou. Lots of city leaders attended the meeting. President Fan of Muyang awarded "2013 Yangzhou Economic 'Evergreen'".
The poll Municipal Commission was held by Yangzhou Newspaper Media Group, jointly organized by the municipal corporation, Yangzhou Evening contractors. According to the information, "Yangzhou top Ten Economic News" was started since 2004, and had been continuously 10 sessions, known as Yangzhou "economic Oscar." As early as in 2006 and 2012, President Fan had done with their outstanding contribution in promoting the development of innovation and Muyang twice won the "Yangzhou Economic News".
In 2013, President Fan lead Muyang to increase investment in corporate restructuring and upgrading, technological innovation, injecting 1.3 billion yuan to build the world's largest production and research base and laid a world-class position in the industry, and established a new international image of Chinese farming equipment industry.
On the ceremony, Muyang staff representatives also showed visitors their styles.

STHJ Paddle Molasses Mixer

STHJ Paddle Molasses mixing machinery is widely used in feed, cereal, food, chemicals, medicine and pesticide industries, and suitable for mixing mash feeds (adding molasses) in feed mills, so that all the ingredients can be uniformly distributed and the quality of the compound feeds can be ensured.


STHJ Paddle Molasses Mixer consists of a rotor, a machine body, a bearing support, big and small belt pulleys, and guard shield. The power is transferred from the motor to the rotor via sprocket. The molasses is blown into the mixer by steam. The paddles are regularly staggered on the rotor along axial and circumferential directions in a certain angle to the rotor, so that a helical surface is formed between the paddles. When working, the rotor brings the feed to roll over and meantime push them to the discharging outlet.

SFSP-M series Hammer Mill

SFSP-M series Hammer Mill is a new designed grinder. It is applicable to coarse grinding herbage with hammer instead of the traditional grinding by chopper, and is widely used in large- or middle- scale feed mills.


The motor of the grinding machine directly driving the rotor through an elastic pin coupling feature to a high-effective transmission, and the highly precise dynamic balanced rotor ensures safe and credible running. Offset screen design improves screen utilization ratio. With a special feeder, the motor of principle machine can be fully used.

SFSP-M Series grinding machinery is mainly composed of a base, a rotor, an upper housing, a feeder and a motor etc. And the rotor consists of a main shaft, hammer supports, pins and hammers etc. While the feeder is a forcing feeder specialized for herbage hammer mill. Herbage (in bulk or in bundle) to be ground enter into the grinding chamber through a matched forcing feeder from the lateral-installed inlet. By the impacting action of high-speed running hammers and the friction action of the screen, the particle size of the material shall be evenly reduced. Then it will pass through the screen and be discharged out of the bottom outlet by centrifugal force and air flow.

MUZL 350/420 Type Pellet Mill

MUZL350/420 Type Pellet Mill is an advanced feed pelletizer manufactured by Muyang, and the whole manufacturing procedure completely complies with the international technology standards. This machine is specially used for animal feed processing, generally for processing powdery, foldable and easily pelletized materials to produce pellet feeds for livestock, poultry and aqua animals.


To ensure safety and efficiency, this pelleting machine shall be used in the areas with an altitude lower than 1000 m, a temperature from -5℃ to 40℃ and an air relative humidity from 30% to 95%.

The systems of the pelleting machines from the top down consist of a feeder, a conditioner and a principal machine. The mash with water content less than 18% as required enters the feeding auger from the pelletizing bin at a proper rate by adjusting the rotating speed of the frequency control motor, and then enters the conditioner. The material will be sufficiently mixed with steam in the conditioner by stirring paddles of the conditioner, and molasses or oil can be added through the feeding inlet for molasses if necessary. The temperature of compound mash is normally controlled within 65~95℃ and the humidity 14~17% based on different formulas, and finally the material enters the pelletizing chamber and is pelletized to pellets by the press rollers and the ring die. The length of the pellets is control by adjusting the clearance between the cutting knives and the ring die.
