Transportation, Installation And Adjustment On Extruder

(1)Lifting

Because extruder's space is relatively large, and the weight is relatively high, so when lifting, it is suggested that lift all extruder's parts after the demolition of the main components. Its major components can be disassembled into feed conditioner, the host, the main motor and some other parts.

When you lift the extruder's parts, you can't make oppression, collision damage in the whole process of lifting, dismantling and assembling. On the lifting process, rope should be able to withstand the equipment and is not allow too short, so as not to damage the lifting equipment, but we do not require that each rope angle is 60 °, in fact, less than 60 °is better. The equipment's load carrying capacity is greater 1.2 time than the equipment itself.

(2)Transportation

a. When the equipment come out form the factory, you can choose whether you can use the packing box according to the actual situation.
b. If the box is not used, the rain-proof measures should be taken, and transport and equipment should prevent collision and overturning.
c. When using the box, the machine and accessories in the box should be fixed firmly, and with the distance left between the container wall to prevent damage in transit collision.
d. When transporting, the machine can not be reversed and crushed.
e. The equipment can be loaded into a container for transporting.


(3)Inspection

a. When equipment arrives, you should carefully exam whether there is something wrong with the machine.
b. Check the packing list carefully, and count random file attachments, and make unpacking records.

(4)Storage

a. When you place the equipment outdoor, you should have anti-rain, anti-sun and anti-water facilities, indoor storage should be taken good ventilation and moisture-proof measures.
b. Long-term storage, the machine should be placed in ventilated, dry, cool place, and should get rain and moisture facilities, unpainted surfaces should be coated with anti-rust oil leakage.

Notes When Operate And Maintain Muyang Machine

1. In the situation of operating, inspecting, and maintaining the equipment, the operators should be those who have been specially trained in accordance with a variety of specifications. Electrical installation work can only abided by professional standards by related persons.

2. In the case of maintenance, repair and other work, the operators must cut off the power switch to prevent accidental activation of the motor.

3. Do the installation and operation after equipment's shutdown. When you maintain and repair the feeding machine, you must cut off the switch, and the construction of the workshop were placed in front of signage, and near to the control cabinetand mixers in order to prevent accidental start on the motor.

4. Pay special attention to security identification when you work.

5. Prohibit the operation of safety devices and a state where the door open operation. Further, the door should not be opened before the device does not stop.

6. Do the repair and change when you find a breakdown on the operating safety device.

7. You shall not arbitrarily remove, cover, lap safety protection device. Only when the machine is completely stopped, you can just open it. And only when these safety devices are functioning correctly, you can start the machine.

8. Feeder door, conditioner door, shield, other cutting trolley in the production process can not be opened or removed, otherwise it will hurt life safety. These devices should be immediately repaired or replaced when they are broken.

9. In the situation of machine halt, you must absolutely pay more attentions to the feeder conditioner, extruder host which can be started is any possible way.

10. In addition to maintain the equipment, the sprocket guard and pulley guards do not allow to be removed.

With the improvement of grain species, yield enhancement and increase of investment from goverment, there are more and more facilities on large, medium and small grain dryings. It is very critical to choose the high quality, long life, economical and practical, good reliability and high degree dryers. Now, I just use my experience to help you how to choose suitable one according to dryers' different characteristics.

According to the type and quantity of food and grain:
Different varieties of grains can apply into different dryers. Wheat, rice-based food-producing is right for mixed countercurrent dryer. Corn-based areas can use selectable multi-level downstream temperature rapid dryer. Rice producing can be applied with optional smooth reflux, mixed reflux temperature, and a large retarding section dryer. Different food has different drying processes and temperatures, according to the number of grain, you can choose different types of drying process and dryers.



Comprehensive analysis, choose the rational allocation of the dryer:
Dryer model size configuration is based on the local actual situation and the productivity and precipitation magnitude of of the dryer. If we require is to need 3000t corn with 26% moisture, the average ambient temperature is -5 ℃, and the corn can be stored for about 15 days, working 20h everyday, to make the water fall into 14% within 30 days, the better choice is to use the small dryer with the large drying capacity. If you want to dry the concentration of grain producing areas, you can choose large-scale high-temperature, high efficiency drying machine according to the actual situation.



According to local energy resources, to select the drying heat:
You should consider the local energy resources when you choose drying machine to achieve rational use and reduce costs. If it is a coal grain producing area, the heat source shoud be coal, anthracite or coke, its price is economy, but the coal-fired stove is a big consideration. If it is an oil and gas producing area, you can use available light diesel oil, heavy oil or natural gas and propane, but these materials are with high cost.



Take environmental conditions into the consideration
Because of the harvest season is not so clear, as well as the temperature differences between North and South, it is necessary to consider the drying effect and operating costs. Jet Filter Dust Collector

How to choose the most suitable dust collector for agricultural production is very important, in general, it can be chosen based on the following factors:

Air volume
Air volume is the removal device which can purify volume of gas in the unit time. According to the wind baghouse, generally we can not make dust exceeds the amount of wind in the case of running, otherwise, the bag is easy to be pluged, shortening expectancy.

Temperature
To the dust collector, the temperature depends on two factors, the first one is the maximum temperature of the filter, and the second is the gas temperature must be above the dew point.
