Muyang SFJH Series Rota-shake Sifter

The SFJH series Rota-shake Sifters (hereinafter referred to as “sifter”) are suitable for screening and grading of mashes and pellets, and preliminary cleaning of feedstuffs in feed mills, and grading of intermediate products in large- and middle- scaled feed mills. In addition, they can also be widely used for screening and grading of feedstuffs and finished products in cereal and food processing, chemical engineering, sugar engineering, mining and papermaking industries.



Muyang SFJH series Rota-shake sifter consists of a machines stander, a driving device, a sieve body, a sieve carrier, a tail support mechanism and hanging mechanism.

The power is transmitted through the V-type belt from the motor to the driving device and the sieve body is driven by the driving device with a certain inclination. Since the driving device is equipped with an eccentric device, the motional track of the sieve body from the feeding end to the discharge end changes gradually from the horizontal circular motion to elliptic motion and finally to similar reciprocating straight-line motion. The feedstuffs enter the sieve body from the feed inlet.

Under the action of the circular motion of the feeding end of the sieve body on the feed machinery, the feedstuffs are distributed uniformly on the width of the sieve cover rapidly and graded automatically. Thus lower part of the feedstuffs with smaller particle size passes through the sieve rapidly, while the upper part of feedstuffs with bigger particle size moves towards the lower end (discharge end) along the inclined surface of the sieve body. Since there is not stirring or vertical jumping during the movement, smaller particles always hug closely to the sieve cover and can pass through the sieve at all time.

At the discharge end, the sieve body makes similar reciprocating straight-line motion and weakens the screening effect, thus enabling particles bigger than the sieve aperture to move towards the outlet rapidly till the particles are discharged out. Thus the material screening and grading are completed.

Muyang SJHS series Double-circle Paddle Mixer

Mixing is important to the quality and the feeding effectiveness of compound feed (or premix) during production.

The production capacity of mixing machinery usually is determined by its batching and mixing ability.

Muyang MY series Single-screw Extruder

LCS-50-BZ PC Controlled Quantitative Bagging Machine

LCS-50 PC Controlled Quantitative Bagging machine (double hopper & belt feeder type) is applicable for the quantitative packaging of granular and powdery materials. After starting the control program of the PC Controlled Quantitative bagging machine, the feeding belt runs fast, the flow control gate is at the fast feeding position, the material weight in the scale hopper is converted by a load sensor to an analog voltage signal, which is then amplified and given to the intelligent weighing instrument to carry out A/D conversion, and fast sampling is carried out by the central processing unit (CPU), finally processed and calculated through digital filtering. When the material weight reaches the first primary value (the preset value — SP2), a command is given out, thus the feeding belt runs slowly, and the flow gate shifts to the slow feeding position. When the material weight reaches to the second rated value (the preset value — Pr), the belt feeder is closed and the material cut-off gate is closed. If bag-clamping signal has been received, the scale gate is opened to start feeding and bagging and bag removing, then the bags full of stuffs are sent by the product conveyor to the bag sewing machine to be sealed and then sent out; otherwise, it needs to wait for bag clamping and holding. And the operation process is thus circulated till the machine is stopped.

Muyang SYPZ Series Vacuum Coating System

Muyang SYPZ type vacuum coating system is arranged behind pelleting and extruding, and suitable for pellets to be coated with the liquids in large proportion like oil, enzyme preparation, vitamin, antioxidant and amino acid etc. It is also applicable for the pellets with high density, of which the coating rate is low but the coating effect is not good for common pellet surface.


A vacuum liquid coater of the SYPZ series is automatically controlled by a computer with a few operating parameters. It is only necessary to input the output-to-oil ratio, the system will run automatically, so the operation is very convenient. The coater features high accuracy of coating proportion and capacity, and with excellent coating evenness. And the feed machinery is characterized by its favorable vacuum degree and vacuum retention.

When pellets enter the vacuum mixer, the mixer trough is vacuumized by a vacuum pump until the air inside the trough is exhausted, and at the same time the air in the pores of the pellets is evacuated. When the vacuum degree is reached, liquid is sprayed and coated on the surface of "air-empty" pellets while mixing. After mixing, the valve of the mixer is opened to release the vacuum and the liquid is pressed into the micro pores of the pellets due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the mixer trough.

Muyang PHY 260 ID Extruder

PHY260ID extruding machine (hereinafter called as extruder) is mainly applicable for expanding raw materials such as corn, rice, grain and rice husk etc. in feed or food processing.

Materials to be expanded enter the feeding bin and are fed into the conditioner by the feeder, and after conditioned by steam in the conditioner, materials enter the extruding chamber. Materials with certain moisture enter the extruder machinery and flow axially through being pushed by the screw. Due to the mechanical friction between the screw and materials, the machine cylinder and materials as well as the friction between material particles, the materials are intensively extruded, stirred and cut, so that they are further pulverized and homogenized.


Since the temperature rises along with the increasing pressure, the properties of materials change under conditions of high temperature, high pressure and high shear force, that is, powdery materials become a pasty mass, starch is gelatinized, protein is modified, fiber is partially degraded and fined, pathogenic bacteria are killed, hygienic indexes are improved and toxic substances are inactivated.

Under the action of great pressure difference, the pasty materials are expanded, dehydrated and cooled as soon as they sprayed out of the die holes. The porous of the cooking extruder expanded product is crisp with loose structure, fine in palatability and flavor.

Working Principle on Muyang Vertical Pulverizer

Muyang, as one of the best grinding machine manufacturers, provides large of great feed machines. Now, I am here to introduce SWFL82B vertical ultra-fine pulverizer. SWFL82B vertical ultra-fine pulverizer is a new type of equipment for large-, medium- and small-sized feed mills to process various coarse ground materials after preliminary cleaning, magnetic separation and mixing.


After preliminary cleaning and magnetic separation, the raw materials enter the grinding chamber from the screw feeder for grinding. Under a high-speed rotation of the grinding disc and an action of centrifugal force, the materials are ground by impacting of the hammer knives on the grinding disc, and fly to the surrounding geared ring in a very high speed. Since the clearance between the hammer knives and geared ring is very small, the airflow between the hammer knives and geared ring varies instantaneously with the change of tooth forms. The materials in the clearance are further ground under the repeated action of alternating stress. The ground materials are taken by airflow to the space between the inner wall and the dividing flow cover from the grinding disc, and then enter the grading chamber; the materials are graded under the collective action of rotary grading impeller, wind power and centrifugal force, and the separated coarse materials return to the grinding machinery for regrinding from the inner chamber of the dividing flow cover, while fine materials (finished products) are sucked into the grading impeller and enter the discharge chamber, and then enter the collection system from the discharge outlet.

Muyang GKLW series Drum Cooler

GKLW series drum cooler is the auxiliary product with the home made extruder machinery and imported extruder. It is mainly used in cooling of the high temperature materials after expanding (the expanded corn and same similar materials are not included). This type cooler is applicable for pellet feeds as well as powdery feeds.


The materials are cooled during tilting motion under the influence of the natural cooling wind and the counter motion of materials. The high temperature expanded materials can be cooled down to under the room temperature +(4-8 °C), the dehydration rate is higher than 3%, so it helps to produce high quality expanded feeds, extend the storage time of pellets and increase economic efficiency.

The reducing motor of the feed machinery runs to drive the drum for rotating while the high temperature expanded feeds entering into the drum by the feeding inlet. The tipping plate turns up the materials, natural cooling wind enters from the discharge hole, the wind and materials contact with each other completely, hot wind is expelled from the air outlet, so the materials will be getting cooler.
