The first thing you should notice when you purchase the grinding machine is what materials to be crushed. The machine which crushes cereal can be chosen hammer mill which get materials from machine's top; while if you want to crush grains and brans, you can choose claw hammer mill; and if you require common good, such as to crush grain-based , both bread and cereal straw, you can choose tangential feeding hammer mill. If you want to crush shells and other mineral feed, the choice is screenless granulators; If you want to use the machine to deal with pre-mixed feed, you should use special screenless granulators.
Tips for use:
1. Before use, the operator should carefully read the instruction to understand the structure of grinder, familiar with its properties and methods of operation.
2. Motive power must be chosen based on the provisions, and not allow to freely increase the spindle speed.
3. Grinder's workplace should be spacious and airy, with sufficient shelter space,and also has a reliable fire fighting equipment.
4. Make the adjustment and maintenance before starting the machine, while you also should check whether fasteners are tightened or not. In the case security for operators and machines, you can start up the machine.
5. If an exception occurs, you should stop the machine right now to check whether it is ok, and don't allow solve the problem when the machine is moving.
6. After work, the machine is still required to running 1min ~ 2min, until all materials inside the machine are discharged, you can stop the machine.
