Muyang SFSP Hammer Mill

Maintenance

Selection Skills

1. Pick up the suitable grinding machine according to the desired coarseness product selection, if the hammer does not match the line speed, which will reduce the mill's efficiency, or even cause mill's working efficiency. Slow line speed will cause broken for a long time, and the material piled in the grinding chamber, resulting paste sieve, reduce screen management efficiency and sifting effect, increasing the resistance movement, causing the grinder unsocial. While the fast wire speed can cause crushing uniform particle size and wasteful power consumption.

2. According to the scale of the required production to choose suitable grinder: grinder model determines the size of production, according to the configuration of grinding process, the selected mill production should be ten percent greater than the design yield.
