How To Use Feed Mill Rightly

Grinding ingredients is very important in the feed processing, and the process can increase the total surface area of raw material particles, and increase the digestive juice in animal feed nutrient solubility, improve animal digestibility; while particle size of crushing materials has a very significant impact to follow-up processes; moreover, the size of granularity directly influences on the cost of production. The smaller of granularity, the better for animal digestion and absorption.

Grinding machine as the mian equipment of feed qualitiy industry, is a great factor for feed quality, feed efficiency, feed processing cost. Therefore, properly using grinding technology, chooing the appropriate type of feed mill production can not be ignored.

In order to strengthen supervision and management of production safety, to prevent and reduce accidents and ensure safety of life and property of workers, some related goverment makes the following rules:

1. Before operation, manual turning the machine to watch if the operation is flexible or not.
2. Before start the machine, you should make it idle for 1-2 minutes, check that if the machine has unusual sounds, and if the pungent odor, circuits, equipment do leakage, also check wheather the chains, motor bolts loose or not, any unusual phenomenan happen, you should inform related persons for maintenance.
3. Observe whether the specified value is too large to be properly adjusted raw water or lengthen the chain after feeding the materials.
4. In the processing of pour the materials, people should stand inlet side to avoid materials or debris flying out to make accidents.
5. When clean and check the equipment, you should first cut off the power. This section does not allow other people who are not so professional to use.
