3. Do the installation and operation after equipment's shutdown. When you maintain and repair the feeding machine, you must cut off the switch, and the construction of the workshop were placed in front of signage, and near to the control cabinetand mixers in order to prevent accidental start on the motor.

4. Pay special attention to security identification when you work.

5. Prohibit the operation of safety devices and a state where the door open operation. Further, the door should not be opened before the device does not stop.

6. Do the repair and change when you find a breakdown on the operating safety device.

7. You shall not arbitrarily remove, cover, lap safety protection device. Only when the machine is completely stopped, you can just open it. And only when these safety devices are functioning correctly, you can start the machine.

8. Feeder door, conditioner door, shield, other cutting trolley in the production process can not be opened or removed, otherwise it will hurt life safety. These devices should be immediately repaired or replaced when they are broken.

9. In the situation of machine halt, you must absolutely pay more attentions to the feeder conditioner, extruder host which can be started is any possible way.

10. In addition to maintain the equipment, the sprocket guard and pulley guards do not allow to be removed.

11. When you make the inspect, adjust, repair the machine or replace the machine's parts, you must open the security guard and door, and before this work, you must consult what security work should be done, then check out the security measures work.

12. When the machine is running, you must not strictly prohibite finger near moving parts, and all inspection, maintenance, cleaning have to be done after puffing rotor is completely stopped.

13. If the maintenance and inspection work must be connected using mechanical or other dry sparking tools, you must strictly observe the safety to prevent dust explosions.

14. If you found damaged parts, please timely repair or replace.

15. Ensure the safety of the electrical system, the circuit is not powered down before non-open the motor terminal box to prevent electric shock injury.



16. Extruder's electrical control systems must comply with the following matters. Or, Muyang would not take responsibilities.

(1) Extruder's electrical control system must be made by Jiangsu Muyang Group.
(2) Before commissioning, the machine should be checked by an expert from Muyang Group.
(3) Electrical control accident is a part of prevention safety requirements.
(4) Before commissioning, the device must be performed by a specialist in accordance with Muyang Group's control system testing and issuing permits. (5) If Muyang Group's equipment control system does not perform in accordance with the above conditions, Muyang Group refuses to bear the relevant responsibilities. If the operator requires Muyang Group to bear the responsibility, Muyang Group reserves the right to pursue operator liability.
