LCS-50 PC Controlled Quantitative Bagging Machine

LCS-50 PC Controlled Quantitative Bagging machine (single hopper & screw feeder type) is applicable for the quantitative packaging of flour in flourmill or mix in feed factory. It is widely applied in many industries, such as grain, feed, food, light industry, chemical industry and etc.



The bagging machine is composed of mechanical device and PC control system. The mechanical device consists of big/small screw feeder, a bag clamp, a sewing machine, a conveying machine and the pneumatic system etc. The PC control system consists of a load cell, an intelligent weighing instrument and electric control circuits.

Except putting on the bag manually, the feed machinery is automatically controlled for fast/slow feeding, quantitative feeding, bag clamping and discharging. The instrument can realize the setting of control parameters for fast and slow feeding and overload alarm display; the weight can be accumulated and can be printed automatically. The equipment is also featured by fast weighing speed, high accuracy, fine stability and easy operating etc.
