Muyang SCQZ Series Conical Drum Powder Precleaner

SCQZ series conical drum powder pre-cleaner (finished product screener) is mainly used for pre-cleaning powdery auxiliary materials in compound feed mill. It can effectively break or remove the agglomerated blocks as well as large impurities such as straw, hemp rope, sheet paper, stone block and etc., so as to protect the subsequent machines and equipments in the process system from damage. This feed machinery can also be applied after mixing process to sift and remove the caking bock from mixed mash, so as to ensure the quality of compound feed.

Working principle
After conveyed into the feeding hopper, the material to be treated is fed into the sieve drum forced by the feeding screw, the agglomerated in it is crushed by impact of high-speed rotating beaters of the rotor, and at the same time, the powdery material makes a circumference movement together with the beaters around inside surface of the sieve drum under the promotion of the beaters. Under the action of centrifugal force, the powdery material with particles less than the apertures pass through the apertures quickly and is discharged from the bottom outlet. The large impurities with sizes larger than the apertures move to their outlet under the action of the beaters and finely discharged from the sieve.
